I use them differently I take the full stim variant on upper body days, the medium stim variant on lower body days when having a higher heart rate is less comfortable, and the zero stim variant on non-training days to maintain my creatine load, etc.
Speaking of stims, I also like that they have 3 dosing options: full stim (325mg caffeine), medium stim (200mg), and no stim. The flavors are all pretty good, but my favorites are Strawberry Slam, Tropical Orange Mango, Cherry Bombsicle, and Island Punch (Medium Stim). if you buy another preworkout and add bulk creatine, citrulline, arginine, and beta alanine (which I used to do), the cost of all that would far exceed the price of this product. I know this because they tell you the amounts on the bottle they aren't hidden in a proprietary blend! Additionally, Kre-Alkalyn (or buffered creatine monohydrate) is the best, most proven type of creatine that exists. Most people probably look at the price of this product and move on to cheaper options. I could probably get past everything except for the foamy head. I’d recommend the flavor, it is good, but just understand what you’ll be getting. I just have never had that issue w/ this brand before. Or if I try to get that into my drink then I’m left with a mouthful of the mix at the end. When I wash my mixer out, it seems like I’m washing away so much of the mix. I’ve tried to leave it mixing for 2 minutes but nevertheless it still leaves quite a bit of granules of the mix at the bottom when you pour it into a cup. The 3rd thing I don’t care for w/ this mix is it just doesn’t mix well.
I’ve tried to leave it for 5 min but it stays foamy at the top. When I mix this with water it gives a very thick foam at top to drink through, like a thick head of beer. This Cherry flavor isn’t as sweet as others I’ve tried in this brand but it’s very thick. The Grape, as you can imagine, has a more bland flavor but I think it’s good. Some others are just too sweet & that makes my stomach upset while I’m working out. I like to try different flavors so I can determine which is my fav.
